So when the logo screen came up I hit F11 to go to Fullscreen, but when I did that, the game crashed,

Not sure if intentional or not, but the typical strategy of throwing the Pokémon out with the Exp. Share first then switching it out with a stronger Pokémon doesn't seem to be working Exp. wise. For example, My Pidgeotto is holding an Exp. Share. When I faint a wild Machoke I get 385 Exp. for...
The launcher didn't even appear and I got a crash report. Oddly enough, this didn't happen again when I opened the game a second time.

So it all began in 2007: I had pretty much every Pokémon game except for Pokémon Ruby at that time. Logically, I wanted the game, so I asked for it on my birthday. When my birthday arrived, however, I was pretty disappointed, the cartridge was completely black; I knew it was a fake. So I decided...
So I started this challenge when I was 15. Basically the minimal objective is to obtain the National diploma from all the games from the main series. Here's my progress as of 7:23:02 PM CST (DST) @ 8/16/2013:
Pocket Monsters: Red (Japanese Pokémon Red) (v1.0):

(Interaction Encounters include Lapras in Union Cave and the shiny Gyarados of the Lake of Rage)
Instead of "A wild Lapras appeared!", it'd probably better to change it to something like "The wild Lapras attacked!".
I can agree with you if you don't consider these bugs, but I know they're not supposed to look like this.
(Gap of void between water and shore)
(Gap beyond slant wall, exists in virtually every cave)
As the title suggests, when battling a duo trainer group, their names might be cut off. I can confirm 2 of them; there might be more. Maybe removing the label (Young Couple) from the second name could solve this?
I've only seen this one occur in caves (probably because of their wall in the battle scene), but putting your mouse in a certain position (not sure what exactly) while a battle starts will cause a portion of that battle to be translucent until you get back to the overworld. Not much of a bug...
Within the Team Rocket HQ, upon the trapped tile I have listed the co-ordinates, the game displays the cry of a Snubbull, but triggers a wild Koffing fight. I know this has nothing to do with the Content Pack I'm using because the other Koffing fights displayed the correct cry (of an actual...
In the bottom left corner of the surf-able area in the middle entrance of Mt. Mortar exists water tile blocks that make you move forward twice when only stepping there once, going in the tiles in certain directions can sometimes land you inside of the wall, as seen here:
So last time I left the game I was on the shore of a pond in Mt. Mortar, ready to leave the water. I guess I saved and quit while the transition was happening, as I'm in the water but I'm of my normal walking sprite.

The game won't let me use the ladder to get into Burned Tower's Basement level, it just simply won't let me in. The hole I fell in earlier also appears to be gone too, making access to that floor impossible. I really wish to get down there so I can find hidden items and catch a Weezing.
So I gave my Feraligatr 2 Rare Candies, bringing its level from 62 to 64, however, this caused its EXP bar to underflow, now requiring 3 times more EXP than normal to reach the next level (65). The EXP bar itself now wraps far too much to the left.
Also, the increased stats table thingy...
As you get the Shuckle from the NPC in Cianwood City, I don't think you should have the ability to rename it, as it was possessed by someone else. Also, his name should be SHUCKIE (or Shuckie), the name that the Shuckle was in the original games.
