My brothers and I almost completed Pokémon Sapphire, but the Cartridge battery died and we weren't able to get any berries to make our Feebas pretty and evolve it into milotic... :I

Usually to get the certificates you talk to the gamefreak guys
i think in gen 5 it displays in your room

Yea in Castalia City in the GAME FREAK building (street right of the Pokémon Center, building with the big G on it on the right, top floor, top right most person). Once you actually talk to him the diploma is shipped to your room.
