I am assuming you downloaded .Net Framework 4.0 Client Profile which doesn't contain the System.Web assembly. And your crash log says "Missing System.Web assembly".
dat exact 97,3%
But yeah, repels only work when your Pokémon's level is higher than the wild Pokémon's level (that would be considered a "low level Pokémon" then).
The second crash is because you are using the wrong version for the GameMode Pokémon Lost Silver. You need to downgrade to a version prior to 0.36.
I need a little more information about the first crash. When exactly did that happen? What did you do before that crash happened?
Fixed. The new form makes it easier for me to read the bug reports and for you guys to report them, meaning you need to get the information that I need right away (steps to reproduce and the "what should have happened). Before, I must've asked for those things ;)

Decompiling and updating the Pokéditor to the current version is more work than just writing a new program for that.I guess it would be easier to make a program which edits the maps in 2D, has a 3D preview feature and can also edit the map like you can do in notepad.

I don't know what the actual problem is, but I am guessing from the crashlog:
There's a thing in the game (called "SpriteBatch") that starts up every single frame with a method called "Begin". And at the end of every frame, a method gets called with the name "End" (see resemblance in the...
I don't exactly know what you mean by "changing the underlying parameters of the action" but I guess you knew better than me what you were doing since you got it fixed :)
You need to enter a hidden path when you enter the underground. The wall's texture is a little different so search in there, you will eventually find it.
