The worlds in the Pokemon game series were made by the pros at Nintendo and Creatures. Now; it's you're turn to make 1.With the new Pokemon3D World Creator(Will be released after it works and runs). The only creating application with only the use of P3D models, textures, etc. You can even upload ur own!*Any idea of a world can come true with Pokemon3D World Creator.

*Must also create a Magnet Train route to a larger Magnet Train station which will allow you to go to any player-made world just by talking to conductor in front of the magnet train.

Basically, u make ur own area to play in P3D.If only some1 would have made this kind of program.
Which makes me further question...why make a thread like this if such a program isn't really practical right now?

cuz i want people who play P3D to make worlds and let others play them so that it would solve a problem many people r having:boredom(Im serious!).I got very curious of this and maybe make a suggestion since I really want others to have worlds made by themselves. It could get very unique after playing a player-made world and maybe might even be fun.

Ok the real question is: Who is building this new Pokemon3D World Creator? i mean making the program that you use to make the maps, not the maps themself?

Nobody at this time. You need to choose some1(except me) to create this program, test it, and put it up as a download so then other people can use it.

Unless I have to again decompile the old 3D editor and recompile again.... It is quite bad and hard for any new comers to make such program.
( You know this is quite bad considering I can also decompile anything for the source file to work with. )

Decompiling and updating the Pokéditor to the current version is more work than just writing a new program for that.I guess it would be easier to make a program which edits the maps in 2D, has a 3D preview feature and can also edit the map like you can do in notepad.

2D editor impose a problem that it is hard for buildings. ( they had mutiple floors and other stuff into it ) Floor might work smoothly.

Not with a layer option. As long as the entities stay in the default grid, a 2D editor would be the best way to go. You build the map in the grid, and if you want to move stuff around, you can do that in the text editor. You can view the whole thing in the preview (or just have a copy of P3D in sandboxmode running simultaneously).
