Please do the following things in the future: Put the game's version in the thread's title. And also, put the crash into a code module.
Also, what did you do right before the crash occurred?
We don't need to replace things that work: we can add new places to the game, while keeping old ones as well. Since the Safari Zone is something completely different from what you are describing and it also took a lot of work to program it, we won't replace it with a new feature.
If you crash, you need to upload the crash logs. Also, from what I can tell from the log.dat, you seem to have a bad connection to the server, so it kicks you for bad connection speed.
I cannot reproduce this. Tried it 3 times, same result every time: I can perfectly exit and enter the underground of the Burned Tower after seeing the 3 legendary Pokémon.
That is because you have those files still in your folders, but they aren't available in the game anymore. Try deleting the files that are listed in the crashlog in this line:
"Data: [File: "C:\Users\richard\Downloads\Pokemon\maps\poke\route43.poke"]"

Take the Elite 4 thing as engine limitation, because its not actually your player that you normally see from the 3rd person camera, but rather an NPC generated to look like you.
This NPC won't have your GameJoltID assigned to it, so it won't change its sprite to your online sprite.
That is because you are not surfing anymore when you are reloading the map using sandbox mode.
When you then start to surf again, you still have the surf sprite. The game stores the current sprite in a temp storage, to recall it later. At the moment, your overworld sprite is stored in there. But...
You can see that this is not the case by reading the crashlog.
The file "Pokemon\maps\poke\route43.poke" does not exist, but for some reason, the game wants to access it.
Can you check if you have this file on your \poke folder?
They aren't incorrect.
You obtained exactly 46 BP since you updated to version 0.45.
Even if you spend all of your BP and you 0 left, the Statistics would still show 46.
There's a difference between "obtained" and "owned".
That is not stupid at all, the game only supports the .wav files with the given format, loading more would require excessive recoding of the wave file header importer.
