Solved (0.45.1) When i click the Habitat Dex it crashes

You can see that this is not the case by reading the crashlog.
The file "Pokemon\maps\poke\route43.poke" does not exist, but for some reason, the game wants to access it.
Can you check if you have this file on your \poke folder?

It was mentioned that he attempted to open the Habitat-Dex, so it makes sense that the game wishes to pull that information.

Though it's weird that this case seems to be missing the file entirely.

That is because you have those files still in your folders, but they aren't available in the game anymore. Try deleting the files that are listed in the crashlog in this line:
"Data: [File: "C:\Users\richard\Downloads\Pokemon\maps\poke\route43.poke"]"
