sever not working for others

What I expected to happen:
...i on my server . i can able to enter it .but others are not able to do it

This is probably port forward fail. Try to port foward or check the setting.
You should be able to find the port forward setting in your router/modem.

the wire is dirctly conected to the computer

Open network and sharing center in your control panel, on top you will see your computer => something => Internet.

Press the center one and then right click on the router in network infrastructure => View device webpage.

This way you could enter your router to set up port forward.

You should have router or modem appear something above ^^ Once I click on the middle one, it will ask me for your modem password to access.
Wired connection also have one.

i got multiple networks in the middle

Click on the multiple networks icon and you will see around like this.

You will see Network Infrastructure section.
Right click one of them and press view device webpage.

Since... you have multiple... try to do the first one.

1 .open
2.open in a new window
3.connect with remote desktop connection
4.create a shotcut
