I have checked his connection type and he isn't using a router or a modem to connect his internet.
He said he just have to plug a wire into the computer and that wire source might be just a wall socket that link to his isp.

Just because he plugs in the wire from the wall to his computer doesn't mean that there isn't a modem involved.

Yup. There's no way for him to port forward.
