The whole point is that YOU are a NORMAL trainer, not a HERO trainer, so in the whole game you need to use strategy in order to overcome your opponents. you cant just go all out and that is the reason you need to use ALL of your prior knowledge of Pokemon.

once your in hamachi, search a server host by the name of 1 Year Later 3D and the password is 12345

some number in whatever pokemon data file it was loading is set to nothing so it crashes when it tries to convert "" to a whole number

Although I did manage to get stuck somehow (or maybe story progression ends there at the moment) - I returned to New Bark after talking to Eliza in Cherrygrove, but I can't talk to her in my room. There's a guy blocking the path south of Violet Town, and it tells me to go to Cherrygrove - any idea what I did wrong?

no you did right. but its a script error. eversince i updated 1yl, i got nothing but script Errors. right now im closing the download down. and will post a new update

sorry for the inconvience.

once done ill post instructions on what to do to continue the game
