Lapras is able to ride

Well you can technically ride many pokemon, however Lapras can only really give you a ride in water, aka surf, this is like the ground version of surf...and lapras isn't exactly mobile on ground.

Arcanine is rideable, I'm riding mine.

Well technically he can be upright.

So he really is ridable, he may not be very fast on his feet but it's possible.

Charizard isn't actually big enough to ride, since he stands at only around 5'7" according to the pokedex. I refrence the dex because the anime's sizes are total bs. The games are as accurate as you can get, since they came first.

People get them from the daily competition, and then breed them, you can't catch them.

It really depends on the size of the person really, Charizard is taller than many kids, Scyther though, yea, that's too small, as long as you're not a tall/heavy person and not like 16+ Charizard is ridable, just like you can technically ride on the back of another person if they can support your weight, I mean you're not just standing on it.

I laughed at that image but yea, that's pretty much why I was saying you can ride Charizard. Even if you're taller than someone you can still piggy back them if you're strong enough. You're pretty much almost crouching when riding on something standing upright.
