too bad you can't make polls after starting a thread :/
Sure u can just edit the first post of the thread and scroll down all the way should say "post a poll"

Edit
Or on top next to the thread tools / watch / unwatch there is a "create poll" link

Yes, or make multiple polls within a thread. I have tons of this or that things I'd like to put.
Oh, btw I have the beginning storyline thought out and I think everyone will be pleased. There will be 5 starters to choose from.

After years of Oak saying that he's to old to go on an adventure, he ask you to come visit his house. At the same time, Your Mother ask you to go pick up a package that was dropped off at the Viridian Pokemart. Also, Oak has left you to watch over his lab. You are left with Three choices:

1) Visit the Professor at his home to find him in his bed. His life is coming to an end and he wishes to leave you with his last pokemon and pokedex. Daisy will give you the pokemon and ask you if the pokemon is Blue (squirtel), Red (Charmander), or Green (Bulbasaur). The other two were taken by Red and Blue a few years back. (Blue having the stronger on than Red which means you will have the stronger one than Blue but weaker to Red.)

2) Walk to Viridian Pokemon-less and you will be stopped by Leader Blue Oaks going to go see his Grandfather. He will tell you it's dangerous to walk in tall grass alone. A wild Pikachu will appear and Blue will catch it. He will ask you if you want it. If you say no but change your mind, talk to him at his house.

3) Go to the Professor's lab. When your there, if you read the email on the computer it will say it's from Bill. Bill will tell you that he found this Pokemon alone in the forest and that it needs a loving trainer. You will be given an Eevee if you choose to have it.

Any starter you didn't choose will be obtainable later in the game. Probably the same way you get them in Pokemon Yellow (Pikachu in Viridian Forest in Pokemon Red.)

no that would definately be something that people should have the ability to change
but until then do you want me to make a poll for the route in the first post?

I'd rather not, I changed the first post to show the progress of the mod a few days ago. But thanks anyway. Next plan is to make a design for a route between Johto's Mt Silver and Sinnoh's Route 212. It will be a bit long of a route, but It will probably have a major landmark/ city in the middle of it. *cough cough*

I love it, only problem I see is Johto and Sinnoh are so close together, there isn't much room for the Sinjoh Ruins (If you planned an adding them)

As of matter of fact I did! Check my map again... it's not labeled yet, but the Sinjoh Ruins will be far north of Johto's Safari Zone... where that Mountain with no paths is ;) .
It will be possible to get ANY 2/3 creation Trio pokemon in Sinnoh, but then to get the third one, you must visit the Ruins of Alphs with Arceus. You will then take a trip to the Sinjoh Ruins North of the Safari Zone where it will be placed near Johto and right across the water from Sinnoh.

Huh, fair enough then. I just assumed that it was north of Blackthorn, as the map in HGSS implies. I guess there's as good as anywhere though XP.

http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Sinjoh_Ruins is what gave me that assumption

I'm not going to be picky like that. The Sinjoh Ruins is just an Event area so you'll only see it once. Plus I had to adjust it's area to put Sinnoh Region there. anyway I need a name for the route between Mt Silver and Sinnoh... Sinjoh Pass? Silver Path? Route 151 (cleverly punned)?

That route looks like it will be a real trial. You ever played Fallout New Vegas? Lol fill it with really really tough pokemon and call it the Trainer's Mile or something.

I think in the middle I'm going to put a Pokemon Coliseum (Kinda like BW v2's Championship) It will have the Gym leader's challenge and the World Championship. However, I will give 3 options for each Challenge. Freestyle (Pokemon are set to their normal level), Lvl 50 (All Pokemon are set to level 50), and Lvl 100 (All Pokemon are set to level 100).

Now the problem I'm having with this is this is not implemented yet, or I'm not sure if they are planing to implement it. The feature to have a battle where your party Pokemon will set to Level 50/100 for the battle and go back to their normal level when the battle is over. Is this possible to set?

As for the path I did say that this game will include hundreds of side missions to do. I will probably put a few to do on the path. Also, Expect rare Pokemon ;)

I need some help with something... I'm trying to figure out a way to smooth out all the gym leaders. As the storyline goes now, you'll have Lvl 80 pokemon by the time you reach Hoenn and Sinnoh... the text file's attached. Any Ideas?

Other than simply encouraging the player to catch new pokemon in the new regions? I don't know. Filling the later regions with lvl 80 trainers doesn't seem right though.
