Can't use escape rope in the burned tower in P3D. tested it in the original games (thx to Enethil) and they are usable there.

When the player battles wild abra, and it uses teleport, the game register it as a loss and announces it as "Player XXX has been defeated by a wild abra" in the server chat. And that's the reason why everybody is losing to those OP abras, case closed.

Not much to say other than the move relearner does not teach all "start" moves at level one, but with every level the pokemon learn one of the start moves. The last one is at Level 4 too (Used an extra rare candy by mistake)
