I don't know where is the right place to ask this, maybe you know why it happened, :p

Anyways, After the 0.49(?) update which included an update to the achievement on gamejolt, the leaderboards on P3D page vanished.
(It could have happened before that, and I thought it was an issue on GJ's behalf or mine, but all the other games that had leaderboards still have them).

Seeing as it works perfectly in the game
(2014-07-03_21.04.56.png ), I guess you mean this page:
http://gamejolt.com/games/adventure/pok-mon3d/10545/
And indeed, the leaderboard was removed from that page, but for a simple reason: the server query made the page load considerably slower, so I asked GameJolt to remove the leaderboard from that page.
It might return in the future when the leaderboard queries get optimized.

(Also @Enethil , wat? A bug?)

If something isn't working correctly, isn't it a bug?

If something isn't working correctly with the game it's most likely a programming error, that is called a bug.
There could be other causes than coding errors even when there's a problem in the game.
But in this case, the leader board that appeared on the GameJolt page of Pokémon3D didn't show up, which is in no way connected to the coding of the game.
