The problem with a few of these error messages might be that you need to run the application in Administrator Mode (Right click > Run as Administrator). Direct subfolders in C:\ have implicit Administrator rights so that is why it might have worked partially after copying the directory there.

Oh boy...where should I start!
1) you replied to a thread that is technically fixed with information that did not help with the fix.
2) you also replied to a 4 pages thread without reading any of the posts in this thread.
3) you double posted.
4) that picture....in the bugs forum.....this is not totally randomness nor it is the off-topic forum.
