Only a 1% chance of finding it in that area. Found on first encounter. That's pretty hard to do.

Tbh i was actualy not intrested in that area,the single thing i would of liked there was a phampy ,so i was just passing to the other side,and BOOM.The rarest thing there comes to me lawl.

Wiki isn't broken, I've seen people struggle trying to get the pokemon they want. Just that sometimes the RNG gods shine upon somebody.

The wiki is 100% true when it comes to that specific page, it was updated like a couple of weeks ago.

Wiki isn't broken, I've seen people struggle trying to get the pokemon they want. Just that sometimes the RNG gods shine upon somebody.

It is entirely possible that he is playing Offline and tampered with encounter rates, but I find that highly doubtful. I find him to be very lucky.
