I could be wrong here, But I think he wants a PC in every chamber.
It's a shame tho, he's crying about 0.50 not coming yet, and wants hoenn to be added as soon as possible and after about 1 year of gameplay, he still can't beat the E4 the first time...

I don't see it the PC in the Pokemon League. I checked bunch of times. Even in the latest version and it's not there.
