This is what a radio wave is. There no possible way to make your computer receive one of those via software.

Actually @Nillzz I have seen websites that run radio stations. Though I doubt there is a way to implement it into the server, without going bald from tearing your hair out. Though someone on P3D Forums acts as a dj and plays music here and players could just make request in a chat box. But it would all be very technical.

Also, I have no control over the content streamed on those streams. How am I gonna control they are going to stream non-illegal content?
