Player-made worlds WANTED!Requires an application.

All the maps are editable using a notepad by default. The problem is only that you need something to display what you have actually added into the game.
Nilllzz have added something that allow this to happen so it would be much easiler.

Even though he used Text Editor(notepad) to do something like this, I still need to figure out if a map-making program is appropriate for me so I(and other players) can make more Pokemon worlds just with different textures that weren't in any of the Pokemon games, such as textures that have incredible graphics.
EDIT:Will this ever be a good idea?
