There is someone else who is doing it :) I am not a advanced programmer ( nither do I know vb, c#, c++ ...etc )

If you regulary look at the chat, you will know this :)
That someone said it's a good thing to do and might consider it, but didn't confirm that it was going to be built.

That's why I made this thread! To see if the "player-made worlds" idea will happen as so as creating a program for building P3D maps(who'll make the program anyway?).
Well....instead of asking for people to make maps using a program that no one is even trying to make, you should have clarified what you want, You should have asked if someone can create that program so people can create maps, not the other way around....

The current mapmaking system works great and is easy to use. It may not look clean and proper like your requested program, but it is all you need to make your own maps.

This basically means that the current map format is readable by a human AND understandable, that means everything is labeled for what it does. For example {"position"{sngArr[0,0,0]}} defines the position of an entity and so on.

What about if someone made a map of his/her "player-made world"(The maps that show you what that world looks like from a 2D view.Example:Map of Hoenn)?Do you need textures for that too?

You mean the overhead maps where you can also choose where to fly to?
