Unable to reproduce [Indev 0.46.1] Old Man Doesn't Give HM03 (Surf)

You can get a member of the staff to spawn the item in for you.
Just start a conversation with me that contains your GameJolt Username and Token.
Old creep in Kimono Dance Theatre says take this surf but no surf in my bag. Also notification of "(player) stored surf(HM03) in bag."did not occured too. I had this exact bug before but i couldnt find the thread and there was no solution due to inreproducebility. It was an offline account so I started with gamejolt but same bug again. If anyone can spawn HM03 for me it would be apprecieted

Asked Malcolm Reynolds for spawning HM03 he kindly helped me. I think problem is my pc, its really old, XP software, rusty hardware and for long time it hasnt formatted.
Nah, don't worry about that.
Multiple people have been having this issue.
Since you guy your HM03 back, I'll merge this thread with the other reports of the same bug.
