Unable to reproduce [Indev 0.46.1] Old Man Doesn't Give HM03 (Surf)

I have beaten the kimono girls have all 4 badges talked to the old man.He gave me the HM03 Surf BUT when i open the bag its absolutely no where to be found i checked everywhere its just not in the bag.HELP

Why is this report labeled as a Multiplayer Only bug? Also, are you playing on the latest version (0.46)?

Try going to your TM/HM bag and hitting Q. This will reorganize the items so that they can be more easily read. Try searching again.

Fixed the label.But no its still not there im positive i received the Hm03 but its simply not in the bag

Try speaking to the old man who gives you the HM again. If that fails, try approaching a body of water and see if you can Surf.

Spoke to him.Nothing.Tried to approach body of water still nothing.Game musthave bugged out when i recieved the HM

Did you save afterwards already?
If not, then perhaps you can re-battle the Kimono Girls and see if the same bug occurs.

I kicked everyones butt in kimono dance theatre and talked to the oldman, he told that he gave me HM03 but no surf in my bag.
