Yeah I posted that script in another thread that can be placed in computer.dat and ran when you visit the computer at a Pokemon center. Hope it works okay for you. I'll try and keep updating it every time there are new trainers put into game.

Actually I just deleted things from my Register.dat except for that which would clearly be significant or screw up the game lol

If you can get it updated so it includes music for all the areas up to 0.23 I will happily include it in my lets play of pokemon 3d

Well, I'll upload my trainer unregister file for you, it's updated to this version of the game. You have to save it from TXT to DAT format, as I can't upload DAT files onto the forum. Then when you enter a Pokemon center, you can talk to the PC where Bill's PC is, and select the option you want to reset trainers. You don't have to leave the game again to do it

So I Paste this in the PC/Computer files or where After I convert it from .TXT to .DAT?

Also I assume it only resets trainers & Gyms right? It won't mess up the game Take away My Badges, TM's or HM's?

You rename it to computer.DAT and it changes extension. Then you just place it into the Pokemon/Scripts directory and overwrite the old computer.dat. All it does is unregister the data that says you have already battled them. It doesn't forget your badges, TMs or HMs.

When you approached a PC before, the old menu looked like this:
Bill's PC
Your PC
Hall of Fame
Log off

Now, with the new file, it will look like this:
Bill's PC
Your PC
Hall of Fame
Reset Trainers
Reset Gyms
Reset Gym Leaders
Reset All Trainers
Log off
