Silver's Soul 0.25 will be out shortly 
Changes:
Goldenrod gym, Dept store, and underground added
Route 35 added
pokemon encounters changed
Rival encounter by radio tower added
Rival battle in underground added
Snubull and granbull removed from game
Bouffalant and Heatmor added to game
Tauros and Bouffalant get new stats, moves and Tauros evolves into Bouffalant
Also slow and steady progress is being made on the wiki section for the game
the wiki section will hold each pokemon and route so as to show all of the changes

a multitube of minor pokemon location changes have been made in this update(a buch more pokemon have been included so you might want to go search the old routes)
also the proper sprite for the Goldenrod City event has been added in
otherwise very little new content

Silver's Soul is going to have a different story line(most of the changes start at the Radio tower event)
also it has a completely unique set of 352 pokemon chosen from all 5 generations.

right now the changes aren't really accessible
there is a new route 49 between cherry grove city and Route 32 and there are modifications to both those places to allow access to it
route 49 is a surfing only route so you can't access it yet
it will connect to route 50 to the south and route 50 will connect to the area where the final boss battle will take place.
I have so far been keeping up with Nilllzz and I hope to continue to do so however eventually i will probably fall behind when my story truly picks up after the radio tower
I recomend you start a new save file as it is a completely separate game but if you really want to you can transfer the save files manually.

All of the starters evolve later than they usually do plus the starter families are now available in the wild(except Blazeken and Typhlosion families which will be in future locations
