On Pika's Pokemon Y, Pika is IV breeding Beldums for +Hp +Att +Def +SpD and +Speed. Metagross is poopy when it comes to SpA, so Pika won't bother. And once Pika gets the right one, Pika will train it 252 in Attack, Hp and the rest in something like Defence or Special Defence. Wish Pika luck.
