Not really, the only thing good about Wobbuffet is the fact with 190 base hp, it is a tank, but pokemon like Snorlax or Blissey are much better. Pika lost the Abra and Unown when Pika's little brother deleted Pika's save on Pearl, Pika was pissed. Pika still has the Wobbuffet on Pika's black, although it has no use.

Oh nice, Pika hasn't found a shiny in p3d yet, but it will come eventually, Pika can feel it.
