I am more inclined to remove the sprite from the pack.

Yes, cause all Pika's skin is 25.png/.xnb (Pikachu) renamed to Pika.xnb. So you could do 83.xnb and rename it to Exemplary.xnb/.png. And when put into the pack, EEEEEEEEEEEVERYONE can see it. (Too much enthusiasm)

wearskin command only scans for NPC folder, so you want to be a specific Pokemon you must move copy to NPC folder.

Have you tried uploading it to an image sharing website, (imgur etc.) gotten the Image URL then pasted it here through the 'Image' tab?

My sprite technically works the same way, except Victini is not implemented yet.

Added Exemplary's sprite and removed greedlusten's sprite.

Changelog for the Community Sprite Pack, version 1.2.3 (for use with Pokémon 3D Indev version 0.44.2):

+ Added the Exemplary.png file to the Community Sprite Pack.
- Removed the greedlusten.png file from the Community Sprite Pack.
* Edited the contents of the info.dat file to match this current version of 1.2.3.
