Well, search on google xnb converter and xna exporter. These are the things you need to make the sprites. Pika won't go into detail, the directory path is Pokemon/Content/Textures/NPC. This is where all the trainer sprites are, and this is where you will start spriting. And please do not double post, that too is classed as spam. Last let off before it comes to warnings.
