I havent but i have had alot of homework to do recently :/
I am also starting to build the extra areas for my mod
also Is there any specific gen 3-4 pokemon I should use(I also am going to cut gen 5 :/)
I am going to limit myself to 350-400 pokemon and thus am going to remove some of the generic pokemon(like the generational rat)

I highly recommend checking out what types are lacking in gens 1-2.
No poison types needed really. Or Bugs.
No real fire types need to be included, but i recommend them anyway.
Definitely more steel.

I'd remove some poison. Your starter is Beldum, poison doesn't affect him. Bug is super effective.

then i'll handle the gen 5 overworlds.
at least that i can take into consideration. i like to have all pokemon in a game. (some people really do like Gen 5)

If you do I would include chandelure(I love that thing) and may be the fossils(I'm thinking of having them be important)

156 pokemon
there are also
Darmanitan's extra form(1)
Deerling's extras(3)
Genesect's extras(4)
Basculin's extra(1)
Keldeo's extra(1)
Kyurem's extras(2)
Landorus's extra(1)
Meloetta's extra(1)
Swasbucks extras(3)
Thundurus's extra(1)
