oh and making the OTHER evolutions of Eevee available. like Steel or Rock or Ghost. it'll be intresting ^ ^

and plus, the idea of learning every type move is not fair. the move it will only acquir are the ones eevee gets and 1~3 strong Normal Moves which i need to research on.

the only benifits Eeveon would have is that it can learn ALL debuffs and Buffs. which makes more sense. like smoke screen or anthing like that. and the stat builds will be balanced, not unfair on what i have seen.

base Stats when evolved eevee goes to eeveon, it would only raise up to 15~20 *testing the right amount that eeveon would get*

now imagine that but with plus 15~20 maybe 25 increased.
its a pretty fair. i mean i cant have Eeveon going OP
