the reason why is that i dont want people editing thier party files. i'v noticed people changing thier pokemon to plow through the game. which i do not want. so for that reason im locking the game so no one can cheat.

This is incorrect. The Dev team is locking the game, we are just keeping it locked. And you spelt their wrong.

As far as i know you can look it up. But to my knowledge Nilllzz, DracoHouston, Splint, Daniel "RTRD", adn Daziman.
