Ok, i cannot reproduce it. I went from start to able to fight Joey. and i did not Encounter This Bug.
i dont know how your able to see it.
Heres Proof:
I cannot reproduce the Bug and i have No Idea how you encountered it. Plus, the Red Haired Man was Not added in the Map in anyway Period. He does not appear there nor is he added in the Route30.dat file
if anything, a Upload Lag must have accured when i uploaded it to MediaFire, which would be the case.
so for now ignore it and continue on with 1YL. I'll be updating shortly. I'll add in a Side quest that would activate all trainer rebattles, so look forward to that.
So if you find anything else (which you shouldnt be able to find any Bugs after i tested from beginning to end twice with such a terrible PC) Please notify me.
