I have a feeling that the installer won't even start up unless you already have .NET Framework 4.0 Installed. I think I built the installer using .NET Framework 4.0, so I guess I should probably remake the whole thing with a lower framework, copy/pasting most of the code and interface from the old one, into the new one.

Rebuilt for .NET Framework 2.0, that should work for everyone. The CRC code is different now, but I'm not going to worry about that. If anyone notices any problems with it now, please let me know and I'll work them out asap.

Just relized that it still doesn't work unless you already have .NET Framework pre installed. Well, I guess I will have to remake it, instead of just telling it to rebuild with 2.0.

Remade it completely with .NET Framework 2.0. Hopefully it'll work now without 4.0 pre-installed.
Also updated it for .22, and fixed up the progress bar so that it's off less.

Can't run it on Win8.
Remade it on Windows 8, everything works. Well, almost everything. Shortcut creation is kinda jank. It works every now and then, not sure why. I also made a few scripting changes to keep it working right after multiple uses on the same computer, and a few other changes. Point is, I tested it on Win8, and Win7, and it worked.
