Fixed [0.20] Game Crashes When Picking First Pokemon

Replace those same scripts with these custom ones.

I added a extra line before the image is shown for each start pokémon

Try and replace the scripts and check the starter pokémon it should come up with the text and then crash afterwards if it does not it will say so.

If it crashes afterwards we can say with certain it is caused by the images that are trying to be loaded in

replace the chikorita folder under pokemon/content/pokemon/animations with this one then choose chickorita as your starter

Since it crashes when it tries to load in the images or pokémon data i can only suggest that u re-check these files

• Pokemon3d\Pokemon\Content\Pokemon\Data\155.dat
• Pokemon3d\Pokemon\Content\Pokemon\Data\158.dat

Inside each of these folders should be 4 files named Back.xnb / Back_s.xnb / Front.xnb / Front_s.xnb

If all of these files are there try and replace them with the files down below
Try attempt nr 1 first if it fails try the second if that fails then i am out of idea's honestly

Save works fine for me it has to do something with how the images are loaded in.

The files i uploaded in my previous post:

Attempt nr 1 are the original uploaded files
Attempt nr 2 contains the original .dat files but i re-compiled the animations files

Well i am out of idea's then i am afraid perhaps DracoHouston has any idea's as to what might be causing it?

We know so far it crashes upon trying to load in the images we pretty much replaced all necessary files that are needed by the game to load them in.

The fact that there is no Exception Handling coded in does not help either *Hint* *Hint* nilllzz

does it have front.xnb, back.xnb, front_s.xnb, back_s.xnb in it?
