Fixed [0.36] Problem with the Music Packs enabling in the Menu

Did anyone ever figure out how to fix that "muteing" problem?

That is a hard code issue
I havent had it any where other than the main menu

Well, if it helps, I fiddled around with it and the title music will play if you enable the desired pack and enter the game, then exit again... for some reason, though my content pack will only start if I do this. More info to follow...

Once I did this, the content pack remained "enabled" upon closing and re-launching. The titled played my version like it was suppose to. The only thing not working with it ATM is song "ride" for some reason.
