Referring to Mashew's Signature: It depends on how bad your circumstances are. If your circumstances are bad enough, then you might as well be dead. Like if nobody ever acknowledges you, ever. That would make it seem like you don't exist. Without the feeling of existence, where do you get your will to live? It is the same as being dead if no one even acknowledges that you are alive. I had 2 or 3 people tell me in my 12th grade year that everyone would have been better off if I had never been born. I know that's not true, but it still hurt. You are kind of right though. The gift of life is a prescoius thing. Without evil in this world, we don't know the importance of good. Without sadness, anger, hate, or other negative emotions, we would not even know the need for or the importance of striving for joy, happiness, love, and all other positive things. Without bad, good would have no meaning.
