P3D map editor problem

When i click on the exe it doesnt open... even when i run as admin.

It seems that you need VisualC# 2010 express to run it.

Correct me if I am wrong but i only get pokeditor.exe when i download it

The download includes pokeditor.exe and 2 folders Content and Maps and u need to put those files in Pokemon3D\Pokemon and run pokeditor.exe
