Can i get Eternal stone from trainer events in this version or it be added in the next update(s)?
If i translated it wrong, this stone prevents the evolution of pokemon.

Not in 0.34 and I haven't heard anything regarding it in the next update.

Where would one get it in the normal games?

This is what Bulbapedia has to say on where you can get it:
Bug-Catching Contest second prize, Bill's grandfather, held bywild Geodude and wild Graveler, Professor Elm after showing him the Togepi that hatched from the Mystery Egg
As far as I can see, the wild pokemon and elm are the only possibilities (yet I don't think it's implemented) at present. I wouldn't mind a few Everstone's myself

If You want to prevent a pokemon from evolving, just press the button 'E' during evolution of any pokemon....
Your pokemon will n't evolve......
