I bred my vaporeon with ditto, and got dratini from Mr. Hippocrit's breeding buisiness, I traded a lv 20 something likitung for it.

Just look through the houses around there.

Yea, sorry. You can get evee eggs just by breeding an evee with a ditto. You get evee from bill in goldenrod, ditto can be found in the rout behind goldenrod.
