When you get to Goldenrod, make a request on the GTS (Orange portal) offer something (A rattata orsomething.) for a charmander, I'll accept and there you go. The charmander is yours.

Is it possible to get a shellder egg and a water stone, and is it worth it in the end to get a cloyster ?

Cloyster is pretty cool, yeah. Just have the right move-set for it.
Shellder is only available through breeding at the moment, not catchable in the wild. Water stone is accessible, though.

Hmmm, I guess they didn't completely fix the abilities. Not that they work, anyways.
Go to Goldenrod City, gi into the Pokécenter and go into the green portal. That's the Friend Hub.
Walk up to the PC and activate it. (Let it connect for a second.) then, press on the ''Friend Requests'' tab.
If SatanClaus made the requests, you should see them there.
If not, you can make a request to him;
Press on the ''New Trade'' tab. Put in the Pokémon you want to offer in the white area.
Some new options will open up. First, choose which Pokémon you want to make the request for.
Press on the bar next to the ''Pokémon ID'' and right click on it a couple of times. (Since it doesn't always open up at first.) It should open up a window that allows you to search what Pokémon you want. Type in the name, press on the Pokémon and press okay. Choose the lvl, etc.
Then, make the request to the person you want to by typing in the RIGHT name, with correct letters, etc.
Done.
Ofcourse.Well, I've put them up for trade, and they're in the "pushed" tab. How soon shall I expect a trade (1-3 days?)?
