got it working now:
For what darkfire filled me in on the skin textures I can fill in what you need to know about the custom skins

you need to replace the appropriate sprite with the one you want

Preschooler 40/41
School Kid 42/43
Youngster/Lass 44/45
waiter/waitress 46/47
Backpacker 48/50
PokeFan 51/52
Clerk 53/54
PokemonBreeder 55/56
Rich Boy/Lady 57/58
Ranger 59/60
Scientist 64/65
Doctor/Nurse 66/67

this is the list of them all along with their file names
male is the left number
goto /pokemon/content/textures/NPC/ find the <filename>.xnb
delete it
find another sprite to use and name it <filename>.png or .xnb(depending on the sprites format format

1 is nao from mabinogi with her black dress

The other is a bikini model for mabinogi but (I kind of want the one on the right but with these details
