what do u use to make your sprites?

would like to work on my own, cause im not sure how to explain what i want lol

I use paint.NET to make my sprites. If you play around with it you'll know what your going or just look for a youtube video that shows you what to do.

And give me as much detail as you can.

gen V too
Wanted her to have the following
Cat tail on ninja pants and cat ears on her hair
knuckles on her hand (looks similar to claws)
a scroll on her back (that summons cats and wild catlike beasts)
white hair (same as the ninja girl)
asian skin
blue eyes
Wise but cunning expression
black outfit (but has a cat tail on her pants)
ninja mask has cat whiskers
if possible (I tried to make this but cannot)
