You did not make a file update to include these sounds in the game . Time to do it by hand. The game uses effect_[move] so each one has to be renamed..and then coded in as well.

I'm working on an unofficial version of Pokémon 3D with new features that I think will improve the Pokémon 3D experience. I currently just started on a Unofficial Content Pack for Pokemon3D and still am learning some of the ins and outs of the systems. I have thought for sure by now they would have sound effects/animations in for at least some of the moves they have in the game. I just sent you a Discord invite, I am willing to help you when I can. It would also help me learn more about how to modify Pokemon3D.
