No Double Posting:
Double posting simply means posting twice in a row without someone replying to a thread in the mean time. An example of a double post is this thread, actually. Notice how there are two messages in a row, written by myself. Do not do this. I am only doing this for your convenience, and to separate important information. In the bottom middle of your post you will see an edit option. Click on that if you feel the need to add to or change anything in your post, and make the necessary changes/additions.

Edit your posts and merge them together don't post new posts unless it is for something specific that requires more then 1 posts like tutorials with video's or pictures etc.

If someone hasn't replied back yet wait at least a day or so before posting a new post or bumping up a thread.

A temporary warning has been issued for this.

Sorry about that, I'm horrible with forums xD. It's just that people don't get edits in their alerts, and I wanted to make sure that no one misses any info that they may want to read, and sometimes it just feels weird putting 2 completely different messages with one, but if it's a problem I'll definitely stop. I apologize for the inconvenience I have caused, again I was irresponsible. Have a nice day! :)

Edit:
We've reached 200 views over! Time for the next clue:
It's going to be very similar to the current one but will have changes more appealing to the eye, that can not be done within the current texture pack.

Maybe an true HD texture pack with tiles of 256x256, or the pokemon emerald texture pack, because is third in your texture packs list of priorities? More clues please XD

Your first guess was closer than your second but nether were correct. The emerald texture pack has already been confirmed, the surprise has not nor has it been announced.

Have you released the pack with the new skybox, or is it still in development? I want the pretty nighttime :)

It's still in development, sorry. But i'm also helping Dark-fire with the wiki, so it'll be delayed a little further.
EDIT: 300 over! 3rd clue!
The surprise texture pack is a different resolution then this texture pack.

Aww...should it be done before two updates have passed (eg; we're on 0.24.1 now, so before 0.26/two tuesdays?)

is it really necessary to have the paths in the zip go all the way back to the folder before /pokemon?
It's just to make it easier, so they just have to extract it in the launcher folder, without having to create new folders or look for folders. It's basically trying to make it as simple as possible.

there is always a content packs folder, except before first run (it makes the folder if it isn't there on startup). but if you're installing mods before you start the game the first time you probably know what you're doing

more specifically, i had a content packs folder in my dev build but not a /pokemon/contentpacks/ folder set up like that, and the other packs i used all just extracted into the folder fine :|

just a nit picky thing but the intention is that you put all files associated with the mod into its pack folder, putting readmes and so on in peoples games folders and such isn't especially helpful, especially if more than 1 mod puts one there. your pack folder is your safe space that does not change in updates and does not get changed by other packs.

Could you please put the screenshots into spoiler tag on the front page? It's a bit annoying needing to scroll down past them to get to the download link. The spoiler tag would make the page load faster too, I think...

EDIT:
For some reason, I don't think the pack's fully working for Goldenrod for me. I get random patches of dirt in the city that has changed, but the buildings don't seem to have changed much and the Gym hasn't changed at all - well, the pack removes the walls of the gym, but thats it. Is this something on my end, or is there missing files in the pack?
