Yes, definitely, I'm just working on a bigger project at the moment.Hey i love this!
will you be making updates? This has real potential my friend.
Sorry I didn't reply, I'm at schoolI noticed that your pack contains content from other content packs did u ask permission before modifying and or adding it and distributing it to others under your name?
I did see you credited lentastic for the HG/SS music which is fine however did u ask permission to include the files in your pack?
If u haven't i would strongly suggest u remove the files for the time being and put a referral to his thread so others can download his pack there.
Also i noticed that the UI textures are similar to the "Gold" styled UI texture pack but modified.
Now i have no problem with u modifying any textures however the same principal applies if u use existing content that other people have put together u have to ask for permission and give credit before modifying and or adding it to your pack.
Lastly your pack contains files that should not be in there mainly "XNB Exporter.exe" and original files that are released with the game it adds up to the download size.
I suggest u clean up your pack remove all unnecessary files (png / .exe / db) and duplicate original files and remove any content u do not have permission for.
Also change your thread title accordingly this is not just a texture pack it contains other files as well.
I hope u can understand that if we do not regulate this kind of stuff we end up with everyone copying content from one another and at some point your going to run into trouble with the creators.
So again in short
Am going to give u some time to clear it all up and will check back once in a while.
- Ask permission for content
- Remove files of content you do not have permission for
- Credit original authors if u did receive permission
- Clean up your pack of files that do not belong in the pack (png / .exe / .db)
- Change your thread title accordingly to what your pack contains it is not just a "texture pack"
I never called the music my own. The texture pack is. I put together half of the songs, so half of the songs I compiled myself, if you want me to do it myself, that's fine. And I credited the user in both the thread, and the pack. It honestly doesn't take long, It's actually really easy. I could do it in 5 minutes. It's easier than it seems. I put together half the songs in the pack in like 2 minutes, and it sounds perfect. And no, their not edited, and they don't need to be. Lets break this down, so you'll understand where I'm getting at:What you fail to understand is that it takes time and effort to put these packs together they don't just magically get made u know someone has to make time for it.
Music packs are in almost all cases edited to fit the game and are not just "ripped" music pieces and slapped together and called done had u put it together yourself u would have known that.
Texture packs exactly the same they are made to fit the game someone has to find the resources edit them to fit the UI or maps again it takes time and effort.
When u consider taking these things and slapping them together in a pack and call it your own with no after thought of the effort the person has put in it to make it i would consider that very rude.
If u do not credit the person who made the content regardless if it is ripped or not then the person who has put it up has every right to complain about it.
Therefor it is common practice to give credit to people's work how small it may seem.
I hope u keep that in mind in the future if u decide to put any other content in your packs.
THANK YOU!Yes, definitely, I'm just working on a bigger project at the moment.Hey i love this!

That's what it's designed for.does this work with the content folder?
Please reply back, I honestly want to hear your personal opinion on this, and I don't want to seem like a bad person, I look up to you, like I look up to all Kolben staff. I honestly don't mean to anger you, or make you dislike me, as I want to have a good relationship with a Kolben staff. I would love to talk to you about my recent projects, like the mod creator for the official launcher. You're awesome. Thank you. What you fail to understand is that it takes time and effort to put these packs together they don't just magically get made u know someone has to make time for it.
