I saw an example about texture folders at nilllzz`s tumblr and started to wondering if it is possible to change those data files for pokemons and, when the game gets almost done, those item file too. Does anyone have any idea??

by changing the data files you mean editing like the types?
yeah thats possible
in my mod I have changed all of the pokemon(that i am using) to a whole new number set so....
each file is under /pokemon/content/pokemon/data/

i`m pretending to change the move set of all them for II Gen. So only II Gen attacks will be in the game. I will try to let the game perfectly as it was in G/S version, but making all pokemon, at list first evolution, foundable.
i pretend to make only items of II Gen too. =)
Good to know it is possible, thank you =)

Should work u just need to keep the folder structure the same as it is in the content folder so if your going to use the contentpack system the folder structure would look like this:
  • Pokemon\Contentpacks\<Your mod Name>\Pokemon\Data
Then edit the options.dat in the save folder and add your mod name to ContentPack|
So ContentPack|<Your mod folder name>
Just keep in mind that the contentpack system only support 1 contentpack at a time for the moment nilllzz is fixing that soon.
