First, you are GG. Even if I were to find ways to help you out, you will end up losing even more things. ( I don't want trouble Fanta much anyway )

GG, you will lose all your pokemon in your box if you get it fix anyway. Restoring is possible but very troublesome.

Oh. I made a mistake again. This error is not your box problem... but rather your hall of fame data is corrupted.
:p I must be messing up my minds lately. You are safe from losing any pokemon in your box but might get zero for hall of fame.

And what about the shiny problem??
I don't know. ( Given that there is actually a way to fix it... but a slim chance it would happen. )

I have played the game myself and all these problem are some kind of slow network glitch that it happen twice to myself in this version.
What I did is to do a fake reset and quit the game. After that, it fixes itself. A normal reset like right click won't fix itself....

You're telling me that you have legit shiny volcanion and jirachi?, I can't believe that, and even if you did actually have them, the possibility of them turning normal and nothing else is nearly 0%. so...something is off here....

I think @Malcoroni can do this without clearing entire pc boxes.
Brah? do U even tag?

Brah? do U even tag?
I don't know for sure how it goes with that "Shiny". I can't see any shinyness.... My eyes are buring.

Anyway, I intentionally didn't wanted to tag properly since the chance of getting back what he wanted is slim.

Ok so no one wants to fix any of my Problems Right?:rage:
It's not that we don't want to, it's just we're not sure how to handle it (at least I don't). A Kolben Developer might be able to fix it, but I'm not sure.
