My Game Crashes everytime I step in Cherrygrove city

ok so i tried again today and it didn't crash but every once in a while part of my screen would turn blue but only in Cherrygrove. when i leave Cherrygrove everything is normal.
oh and i don't know how to provide a crash log. i don't know much about computers.

In the generated Pokemon folder, that's where the crash logs are produced.

There isn't anything there except for the files that originally were there when i downloaded the game.

This is me using your account in cherrygrove, no issues found, try to redownload your game and see if the issue persists.

so i re downloaded and now it crashes as soon as i enter the city, again.

I suggest to delete game and re-download from new, if you have some offline saves then move out them before you do that. If that will not help to you, then there is big chance this problem came, because of your computer. BTW what Operation System you use?
