I do not think that immunity for Pokemon such as Wooper has been added yet. I imagine that will eventually be added, though it is a possibility that it could not be working properly right now. Gastly can be confused via the use of supersonic, so that is not a bug.

I don't believe that there is such a command as of now. The feature has just been implemented and that ability may be added in a future version of the game. Sorry.

No, you do not have to restart. Your file should continue to function normally with every update and you should not lose your Pokemon.
