My camera always goes ceiling

Press F5 to goto first person mode and try to turn the camera by pressing A or D.when i start the game, my caméra turned on, i stop this with 'C' but i can't move, my camera goes ceilling, i try to put it down but she always goes up ... help me ! (its not a probleme of mouse/Keyboard)
Press F5 again will switch back to third person view and if it is still that bad... scroll the mouse if you have to zoom in and out.

I can't seem to scale down the problem but... what I know is that......I already try, it is happening again and again ...
1. No script is running at the background. ( Hence able to move )
2. Camera Keep going up no matter what.
3. Able to close the game and reopen ( which makes it not a mouse problem )
4. Keyboard can't move camera up anyway...
5. Restart game but not working.
Indeed it is not something usual but I am sure it is not a game problem since I couldn't let the game move camera up on its own without a use of a mouse.

Is your laptop mouse pad disabled? Some laptop can disable them so it can't move camera in any possible way.i've change 2 time my mouse :/, maybe its because of i use a computer laptop ?

There are some icon on your keyboard that looks like a mousepad or a mouse. Press the Fn button on your keyboard and press the icon on your keyboard.Really? how I can do to disable it?
Since keyboard varies... you have to find this yourself. ( If you use an external mouse, then disable that will not let you move the mouse using the mousepad but you can move using a mouse. )
Probably the mousepad make the camera move when you play.
