My camera always goes ceiling

There are some icon on your keyboard that looks like a mousepad or a mouse. Press the Fn button on your keyboard and press the icon on your keyboard.
Since keyboard varies... you have to find this yourself. ( If you use an external mouse, then disable that will not let you move the mouse using the mousepad but you can move using a mouse. )

Probably the mousepad make the camera move when you play.

I found, but his does not help, the problem actually comes from the games I think

I want you to go back to the main menu of the Pokémon 3D game. Plug out the external mouse ( or switch off if using a wireless mouse ) and disable the mousepad for a while.
By using only keyboard, try to load the save and see if the camera reset without moving it up automatically.

I am running out of idea to fix the camera back to its original... it is a very rare problem and no one else ever reported such a problem before.
I will leave the rest to other people and the higher ups to see what can they do to help.

If there are someone who knows a way to do it, they will reply on this thread. Though most of the time... the problem will fix on its own so you might want to rest awhile and see if it happen the next day.
